The 21st International Congress on Education of the Deaf (ICED) had announced via its press release. (See the link). They had stated three important subjects:
- Rejected all resolutions passed at the Milan Congress.
- Acknowledged with regret.
- Called upon all nations to ensure about the educational programs and respecting all languages and communications.
