About CAD
The mission of the Connecticut Association of the Deaf (CAD) as a state association is to promote, protect, and preserve the rights and quality of life of Deaf and Hard of Hearing citizens of Connecticut.
The CAD is a civic, non-profit organization serving the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community needs in the areas of :
